Click HereThe building now known as the CIME, the municipal centre of employment was formerly the main building used by the Universidad Popular in Mazarrón, which offers a range of evening and part-time educational courses at all levels and across a wide range of subjects.
Courses are run on a seasonal basis and cover many topics , including spanish for foreigners as well as computer and arts related subjects.
The building has a ground floor exhibition space and conference facility, both of which are used for events throughout the year.

Parking close to the CIME can be difficult sometimes as there is only limited parking in the back streets, so if parking is an issue, the market square on the opposite side of the road is only a short walk away. There is a lot more parking on this side of the road.
For this reason, the Universidad Popular now undertakes most of its activities in the Cultural Centre.
