Rainy start to the week before warmer weather returns: Alicante weather forecast March 9-12
Cloud and rain will dominate the start of the week, with the heaviest showers expected on Tuesday

Unfortunately, the rain is not quite finished with Alicante just yet. The worst of the wet weather is expected early in the week, particularly on Tuesday when heavier showers are likely. After that, things should slowly start to improve, with the sun making more frequent appearances and temperatures beginning to climb again towards Thursday.
Monday March 9

The week gets off to a fairly mixed start with a combination of cloud and a few brighter spells early on. However, the skies will gradually become more overcast as the day goes on. A few showers are possible along the coast in the morning, while inland areas could see rain later in the evening. Temperatures will be similar to recent days, although inland areas could feel a touch warmer during the afternoon. Winds will stay light and variable for most of the day.
Tuesday March 10

Tuesday is shaping up to be the wettest day of the week. Skies will remain very cloudy, and rain is expected in many parts of the province. In northern areas, the showers could be heavier and more persistent at times, and there is even a chance of thunderstorms. Temperatures will dip a little compared to Monday, so it may feel a bit cooler overall.
Wednesday March 11

Wednesday will likely start much the same, with cloudy skies and some further spells of rain moving through the area. The good news is that showers should begin to ease later in the day. Temperatures will remain fairly steady overnight, while daytime temperatures begin to creep up again.
Thursday March 12

By Thursday, the weather should finally start to settle down. Much of Alicante province is expected to see clearer skies and longer sunny spells. Some clouds could still develop in northern areas during the middle of the day, where a brief light shower cannot be ruled out, but overall, the day should feel much brighter. Temperatures will rise again, bringing a more pleasant and spring-like feel to the afternoon.
So after a fairly soggy start to the week, things should gradually improve, with brighter skies and milder temperatures returning just in time for the end of the working week.

Minimum and maximum temperatures in Alicante
- Monday March 9: Min 5ºC, Max 19ºC
- Tuesday March 10: Min 4ºC, Max 15ºC
- Wednesday March 11: Min 4ºC, Max 17ºC
- Thursday March 12: Min 6ºC, Max 19ºC
