Rain returns: Alicante weather forecast March 31-April 3
From Wednesday onwards, Alicante province can expect heavy showers and storms
Weather outlook in Alicante on Wednesday April 2
We’re experiencing the calm before the storm in Alicante province at the moment. Mild temperatures and sunny skies will round off March but as we enter a new month, the traditional April showers will hit, developing into widespread rain and stormy intervals towards the end of the week.
Monday March 31
The last day of the month will continue the trend of the weekend with mostly clear skies and summery temperatures ranging from 22ºC to 26ºC. South-westerly winds will be felt along the coast but these should die down by the evening.
Tuesday April 1
Tuesday will begin mostly bright but the clouds will start to gather later in the day, when southeasterly winds will also start to pick up.
Day-time temperatures will start to fall but Tuesday night will be a little milder.
Wednesday April 2
Wednesday will be dark and overcast with widespread rain that will heaviest in the northern half of Alicante province. Day-time temperatures will drop across the board and easterly winds will feel blustery along the coast.
Thursday April 3
Heavy rain and cloudy skies are forecast again on Thursday, although southern Alicante should dodge the worst of the showers. Few changes are expected temperature-wise but the breeze will pick up in the south during the central hours.

- Tuesday April 1: Min 9ºC; Max 24ºC
- Wednesday April 2: Min 8ºC; Max 22ºC
- Thursday April 3: Min 10ºC; Max 23ºC
