Casa Rural Martinez is a large country property with four bedrooms (two double, two twin), two bathrooms and fully equipped living-room and kitchen. It is surrounded by orange and lemon orchards, as well by other properties built on a similar scale, and although the design is traditional in many respects it is a modern property: this is reflected in a list of attributes which include full air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, two fridges, a dish washer, washing machine and wi-fi. 

The main feature of the garden is the swimming pool, which also has a smaller area for kids, and alongside are loungers, a barbecue, a swing and a covered seating area.
